It’s easy to request eStatements through Online Banking at Sierra Vista Bank!

Personal Online Banking

  1. Log in to Personal Online Banking from www.sierravistabank.com
  2. Select -> Statements (located to the left of your account listing on the blue menu)
  3. Carefully read the Electronic Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure for Online Banking and select “I agree” to consent.  Please note this may take a moment before presenting the next page.  (To cancel, select “I do not agree” to return to the previous page).
  4. Select -> change the statement delivery method to verify the delivery method indicates Online
  5. Select Customer Service -> Change e-mail address - to verify your current email address

Business Online Banking

  1. Log in to Business Online Banking from www.sierravistabank.com
  2. Select -> Reports  ->  Statements  ->  Statement preferences
  3. Check the box located in the column Receive Online for each account that is to receive an eStatement
  4. Select Submit
  5. Carefully read the Electronic Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure for Online Banking and select “I agree” to consent.  Please note this may take a moment before presenting the next page. (To cancel, select “I do not agree” to return to the previous page).
  6. From the Statement Preference Confirmation page select -> Manage Accounts Related Alerts
  7. In the Alert Information section, scroll down to locate the alert for “Statement Available, notifies you when a statement for this account is available” and check the box.
  8. Scroll further down to the next section, Alert Delivery Information, to verify that your correct email address is listed to the right of the Primary or Secondary Email Address descriptions and check the box to select which email address should receive the “Statement Available” alert.
